Well, shit. I was excited about how pretty it is. I thought it would be some cool optical phenomenon. No, it’s “Stripes of existential dread.”
That’s the interesting part to me: that aesthetics of visualization are still important regardless of the seriousness of the subject matter, and actually help spread the message. There’s an active community of people who knit their stripes into scarves and other clothing!
