All it would really take is internet providers to black hole the China AS numbers in their BGP configs. Then boom China basically can’t talk to the rest of the world.

Nothing in that comment discussed plugin hybrids though.
A non plug-in hybrid will be more efficient than a full gas vehicle because of the efficiency you can gain through minimizing the engine and tuning it for a more limited rpm range.
This ideally carries over to a plug-in hybrid in the same way even if it’s never plugged in, if all the gas engine does is charge the battery it can be more efficient than a gas only car due to reduced engine size requirements.
Continuing to speak is a bad look on you.
You talk shit out of your ass.
Look we all hate Elon and how neuralink is developing their tech that’s not in question here.
People are taking issue with your referring to desperate people with very very poor quality of life due to injuries or medical conditions as “brain dead”
They aren’t “brain dead”, dumb or stupid, they are reaching for what looks like the only potential light in their life. A life that is probably impossibly difficult for any of us typically healthy people to imagine.
None of this is about total 100% bans on cars, just making the option of not using a car nicer than using one. Even where car bans exist options still exist for delivery vehicles.
Public transit exists and is often better than driving depending on the disability.
In the current system we leave behind everyone that can’t afford to buy and maintain a car, which is a staggeringly large number already.
2016 was 8 years ago, that means by your definition twitter spent nearly half it’s existence as a toxic cesspool
I do, and if you accidentally skip a version when updating it the stupid thing bricks itself, what kind of stupid software can’t handle multiple make version updates.
Had to manually reset the version it thinks it was at and roll back to a older sticker image and update one version at a time until I caught up.
I haven’t had issues with syncing files on android. File sync is literally the only feature I use, so I should probably look for a simpler solution.
Now upgrading the fucking thing is a nightmare, not sure if me using docker images makes it worse or better though.
Yeah for Hawaii that pricing is sort of expected, but for anything mainland that prices is just disgusting
50 cents per kWh sounds fucking insane to me. That’s like 5-6 times more than I pay in Canada.
We’ll Tesla’s happen to be a shitty book cover to cover, written by an asshole.
So they could at least try to make the cover appealing, even if they are incapable of making the rest of it so.
So that’s why windows always has the wrong time after I’ve been in my Linux install…
But celery is blocky and has gaps and doesn’t pack well, the amount you get changes drastically depending on how fine you chop it and on random packing.
I’m going to let you in on a secret, even though our Canadian cities are shit for people with a car there are still thousands of people in every city who get by year after year without one, because they can’t afford to buy one.
Not having a car sucks, but it is not a death sentence and would be a hell of a lot better if our cities didn’t assume everyone had one.
Also “car free” doesn’t have to mean literally zero cars allowed, but just build and layout the city so you never have to use one for daily errands.
I live next to a grocery store and it’s literally the best thing ever, grocery trips take 10 minutes max, I only end up using the car on weekends for hobbies or to visit family and friends.
The UUID never fucking changes. It is a hardware level identier use the UUID in your configs and they will work until the day you change drives.
Sometimes people go for more than a single day, or you book weeks in advance and have to deal with whatever shit weather you get.
Weather can also suddenly change over a single day.
Sure but human hearing tends to cap out at around 24khz so a sample rate of 48khz is going to contain everything that we can hear.
And then you have a great big fuck off stack of documentation you can slap in their face with proof that it’s someone else’s problem.
Unless you aren’t actually pinging all the people you say you are.
In Canada even if you lease to own a phone it’s not carrier locked anymore, you have to pay the remaining balance if you leave, or possibly can return the phone (but that’s just throwing your money away)
