No, it isn’t. His party “lost” in the EU parliamentary elections, not those of the national parliament. It’s a very bold and bizarre strategy.

He’ll [most likely] try to appeal as much as he can, all the way to the Supreme Court if he manages.
If that doesn’t work out for him the sentencing will be on the 11th of July, but sadly even then the general consensus is that it’s unlikely that he’ll get anything more that probation, though he does risk still 4 years in prison (with his secret service).
I suppose that if he becomes president he might be able to pardon himself, but I’m not entirely sure about the logistics for that.
Magnificent aren’t they?
Quote from Star Wars AOTC referring to the clones, but here used to talk about the 34 counts

That’ll get the fathers at least 6 months in prison in France, probably more for negligence etc.
And homeschooling requires a very good reason why they can’t go to school (pretty much always a health condition, and that needs proof) there are annual inspections and every other year the reason for homeschooling is verified.
Here’s a graph, it should be fine for your package needs: Graph
This is not totally accurate because nixpkgs also packages some packages that wouldn’t be in the system package manager like Python and Haskell packages. Excluding those it’s pretty much the same as the AUR
They still do it (at least they did a couple months ago) and Windows even likes to erase or replace linux bootloaders when on separate drive in my experience.
Annoyed me enough to remove Windows too. I’ll never install that anywhere again
Yeah, probably
Stupid games like… playing on an officially supported platform?? Oh the horror! Who would do such a thing??
This yubikey app is packaged for Nix, the package is called yubioath-flutter
It probably requires you to set services.pcscd.enable = true;
Yes, Nix has by far more packages than the AUR: Package Count Comparison
(I apologize if you’re just saying that their comment doesn’t make sense / more repos don’t matter)
The unstable version is but NixOS can still be ruled out as it’s not debian-based
She was 11, you might want to rephrase that.
You’re right but I personally can’t overlook the security problems, that’s the main reason why I bought a PIxel and not one of their phones. If they at least pushed security updates on time I might have bought it. Ignoring the security flaws (and apparently the camera?) if you want a repairable and ethical phone it’s a great choice the best I believe, until they release a newer model).
Sadly it’s old (2021) and underpowered. That’s not a huge deal breaker because it has pros like being repairable and pretty private. The real problem is that they are regularly late on os and security updates (multiple weeks to months). For example they only officially added support for Android 12 this February and there is still no official support for Android 13.
Unless you specifically want the repairability a Pixel with GrapheneOS is simply much more secure and private.
Firstly, absolutely nobody in this comment chain said Russia was at war with NATO.
Second, it’s Russia that started invading independent foreign countries in this recent conflict, of course Russia’s neighbours and their allies aren’t going to reduce their spending, they don’t want to risk being invaded or threatened.
Third, it is true that they haven’t really tried to deescalate the situation, but I don’t see how they could unless Russia accepts to entirely leave all of Ukraine’s territory, which Russia is unwilling to do. There can be no compromise here, anything else would make Russia the imperialist state…
And just stop with the personal attacks, they only end up making your arguments less credible
