Got rid of a bad relationship and got some pogs. Sounds pretty adequate to me.

I’m pretty sure that one is about Schrek.
No, no, no, you must respond with a Wikipedia article.
Also, the first article that you responded to has multiple times when Microsoft did this and you should go actually read it. Don’t need the specific example that you think acts like a counterpoint to think giant tech corps are assholes and will act like it.
Tried without a space. Works on my client, but my client isn’t actively developed anymore.
Yes, in the sense that they have fat stores. The example that comes to mind is pretty disturbing, so here’s your chance not to read it: >!I read a thing about cockroach cognition a while ago but can’t find it again, but it was about how the scientists studying them imposed human personality traits to them but got a harsh reminder that the behavior patterns weren’t necessarily signs of intelligence or personality when accidentally crushing ones abdomen and seeing it try to eat its own exposed fat.!<
Yeah, like the priest already did it, just in a different font.
Haven’t read any of those for a while, but I guess they wouldn’t be worse in vim.
Yep, going through the first part of the ff7 remake and the combat is a puzzle. Don’t do it right and get your ass kicked. MMO combat is the same: stack or die/spread or die, memories this dance, etc.
I sat next to somebody watching Son of the Mask on an airplane. It wasn’t good, but the lack of sound definitely improved things.
Red room? Bedroom of the queen? What is going on in there?
Minimalism is for the rich who can afford to not have something on hand, to get rid of things arbitrarily, to spend a bunch of money upfront for niche items that fill multiple roles, etc.
Fusion dancer checking in.
What if I’m having fish salad for dessert?
I hate multiplayer in pretty much any game where there’s a lot of menuing. And being able to wander off? There’s a reason you don’t split the party IRL and it holds here. Having a shopping session also is boring IRL and it is here, too. Oh, there was important plot stuff happening? I didn’t know the other person was in a conversation.
Lots of aloe and regret.
Can’t one just peel them off?
Agreed. I have some that just turn the volume down and I keep them on my keychain. It also helps me a lot when there’s background noise to pick out conversation. After the first part of the pandemic, it seemed like everybody had been yelling on their zoom calls and it helped with that as well until either they adjusted back to IRL volume or I readjusted to it.
It’s an homage (or whatever you would call it) to The Crying Game iirc.
